Great food and service

Super yummy sandwiches and the special sauce is delicious but customer service is lacking. The employees always seem annoyed and give you attitude. It honestly makes me not want to tip or return even though the food is good.

The food was very good. My sandwich was so big, I could only eat half. Yet the prices were not outragious. Service was prompt, friendly, and helpful.

This has been my favorite sandwich place for easily over 15 years. I always get the Beno's Combo. I would dream about these sandwiches when I lived on the west coast. Also, wonderful soup, pasta salad, and potato salad.

Excellent service, helping environment for what seemed to be a new employee at the register, and great food. Overall, great place to stop for lunch with plenty of seating. No trouble finding parking.

This is one of the gems in town. No matter how many people are in line, you can be assured you will get what you asked for. The staff are nice, and brilliant with their service. The quality of food is top notch.

What a great little shop. I ordered the liverwurst, but unfortunately it lacked that strong flavor I'm accustomed to. My soup was amazing and my partner's sandwich was great. I won't order the same thing, but we will be back.

The new management is horrible and they have terrible attitudes. The only reason why I go back is because they kept the sandwiches the same. I have to order my meal with a gluten free allergy and every single time they get flustered and pissed off because they have to prep the table. It is extremely visible and quite offensive. If you are going to act like that, why offer gluten free in the first place? I am sorry that I was born different and need to make sure that I eat gluten free so that I don't get cancer.

Great quick sandwich & lots of good options. Local gentleman in front of me claimed everything was great! I had the Beno's Combo & enjoyed it with a can of pop. Would recommend and come back.

I like their food but the hours are incorrect for COVID: 11 am - 2 pm

First of all, the sandwich tastes worse than subway. Secondy, the size is small: the price somebody posted is for HALF size, takes me two bites if not for the lettuce being too fluffy. The only thing that might makes you happy is seats with window are easy to find.

This is a "cut" above your average sandwich shop. I know quite a few people from larger communities that are very impressed with the quality of sandwiches and soups that Benos has to offer. They also have a punch card reward system! I could say the only problem is the short hours, but they opened a second location that has extended hours....soo... guess I can't anymore.
